LATE POLICY:10 minutes late, an additional $15 fee will be added to total, past 15 minutes appointment will be canceled unless approved. Please respect the time needed for a proper service.

Deposits: All are non refundable with no exceptions.

GUEST: There will be lots of waiting area options, guest will not be allowed in service room unless they're receiving a service.
